Abstract

obtain a competency certificate, an ex student of medical records and health information must
take a series of examinations conducted by a nationally recognized association. In addition, if they
want to take the CPNS test, they will also go through a series of tests related to their
competencies. So far, preparation for taking competency exams and CPNS tests has been carried
out using conventional methods, namely by reading books and studying sample questions printed
on paper. These methods are less effective and inefficient to implement, because with all the
sophistication of technological devices and the speed of internet access today, learning methods
can be implemented more flexibly. The learning process can now be carried out online by utilizing
an application that can be installed on a mobile device. One of them is the application "Latihan
Rekam Medis". In this application there are all medical record tutorials, examples of competency
test questions, examples of CPNS questions and many other materials related to medical records.
For this reason, it is necessary to provide socialization about the use of this application to ex
student who want to take the competency test or want to take the CPNS test in order to get
satisfactory results later. The socialization activities carried out online using the zoom application
have received quite a positive response from the ex student. They also felt satisfied because most of
the participants were new to this application and how to use it.
