Sosialisasi Pelaksanaan Review Rekam Medis Pada Fasilitas Asuhan Kesehatan

Abstract

Medical records are important documents for a health institution. Hospital must organize a
medical record unit which plays a very important role in providing health data in the hospital. The
contents of the medical record are document files that show the continuity of care or treatment
while the patient is hospitalized to outpatient. Medical record documents must be complete and
accurate in content so that communication can run well between health workers and patients. To
complete the contents of medical records, review / analysis of documentation is necessary. This
socialization aims to share knowledge related to medical record reviews and explain some
important theories in the science of medical records studied at the Apikes Iris campus. This PKM
activity was held online on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Participants who attended were 63
partisipants consisting of the head of RM, medical record officers, lecturers and medical record
students. activity participants / participants were very enthusiastic in gaining additional
knowledge about medical record review, especially for medical record officers. How the review is
carried out and its components can be seen from this activity.
