Sosialisasi Faktor Penyebab Missfile Pada Berkas Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit

Abstract

Medical records are very important documents for a health institution. Each hospital must
organize a medical record work unit which plays a very important role in providing health data in
the hospital. Inaccurate storage of medical record files (missfiles) can hinder health services. This
community service aims to find out the factors that cause missfiles in general and explain some
important theories in the science of medical records studied at the Apikes Iris campus. This
community service was carried out on 27 November 2020 online by using the Meeting application
Zoom. This PKM is descriptive, while the results of this PKM are the factors of Medical Record
officers who lack training on Medical Records and an additional workload for Medical Record
officers. From the PKM activities that have been carried out, the participants / activity
participants are very enthusiastic in gaining additional knowledge about these factors. causes of
missfiles in medical record files, especially for medical record officers.
