Sosialisasi tentang Strategi Meminimalisir Ancaman Keamanan Dokumen Rekam Medis di Fasilitas Asuhan Kesehatan
Abstract
All health service facilities are required to maintain medical records, be it hospitals, health centers, or clinics. The quality of medical records is a reflection of whether a health service is good or bad. The medical record document (DRM) is a tool for recording and recording service transactions. So that the contents of medical record documents can provide accurate and continuous information, the quality of service can be improved if it is supported by the safety and confidentiality of the patient's medical record files in the medical record file storage room itself. The hospital is obliged to maintain the security and confidentiality of the medical record documents of each patient because the nature of the research results indicated that the security problem of medical record documents was quite high. The purpose of implementing this community service is to increase the knowledge of medical record officers and students of medical records and health information about the importance of minimizing the threat to the security of these documents. This PKM was held on November 26, 2020 through the Zoom Meeting application. Participants of this PKM activity are leaders and medical record officers at all health care facilities in Indonesia. The number of participants who took part in the implementation of the activity was 62 people. The result of this PKM activity is an increase in partner knowledge about strategies to minimize threats to the security of medical record documents from an average value of 70 to 86 points.
