PELATIHAN AKURASI KODING BERSAMA TIM KODING APIKES IRIS

Abstract

The competency of a medical recordist is coding diagnoses. However, in reality there are still many medical record officers who experience difficulties in coding quickly, precisely and accurately. This activity was carried out directly with the Apikes Iris coding team with planning stages, implementation stages and evaluation stages. The aim of this activity is to expand the knowledge of prospective medical recorders, namely Apikes Iris students who are part of the coding team so that they can solve a case while in hospital quickly, precisely and accurately through the coding training that has been carried out. This community service method uses lecture methods and direct training on coding cases obtained from the results of previous research. From this activity, the results showed that training is very important for a medical recorder to improve coding skills so that errors do not occur when coding
